At Kostis Jewellery, we would like our customers to be one hundred percent satisfied with their product purchases.In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty or is different to its description and each image, you are more than welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as you receive your order to let us know if you need something to be changed. We will inform that particular trader and ask them to send you a stamped, self addressed post pack so that you can return the item directly to them.
Kostis Jewellery will then offer you either a full refund or a store credit to the same value. Payments will be made by Kostis Jewellery via Paypal or a Credit Card gateway.If you change your mind when you receive an order, we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of the purchase. Please email us at [email protected]as soon as you receive your order to let us know. We will inform that particular trader of the request. The product needs to be posted back to that particular trader whose address is on the Sender’s Sticker on the post pack it was delivered in. Once the trader has received the item in perfect condition, Kostis Jewellery will offer you a store credit to the same value as the price of the product.
The associated shipping costs will not be refunded.Very rarely, you may order a product, which may not be available for an unforeseen reason or may have just sold out. Kostis Jewellery will offer you a store credit or refund of the same value as the item including shipping costs.If you purchase a product, which is a hand-made order, Kostis Jewellery will not accept returns or a change of mind.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to [email protected], or call on our business phone at 0030 210-3255053. E-mail cancellations must contain the following:

- Last name
- Order number
- e-mail address
The above information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions regarding your order cancellation.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via e-mail or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise’s total shipping cost.
